G-Energy Systems d.o.o. ("we", "us", "our") operates the SparkGrid.ai website and the SparkGrid platform. We are the data controller responsible for your personal data as defined by the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 ("GDPR") and the Slovenian Personal Data Protection Act (ZVOP-2).
